You are not a travel agency, so what are the principles of your organisation?
We are an apartment reservation agency. Private owners of apartments in Bulgaria have proposed their need of help in renting of apartments.  Millennium Travel is European’s leading Bulgarian aparments reservation agency. That way we could negotiate low prices, what makes our offer atractive for you.

 

How often do you update your offer?
Every day.

 

How can I be sure that you won't bancrupt after my payment for the reservation?
We exist from over 3 years. We enjoy our customers confidence what you can check by reading positive opinions about us. Moreover, our customers make only an initial payment before the stay, the rest of the sum is paid after the receiving keys to the apartment.

 

You are on-line agency. Are on-line transactions safe?
100% - YES! Bank transactions and credit cards are authorised by external companies: DOTPAY.pl, PayPal and MoneyBookers. They guarantee the highest quality of their service and 100%-safety. We do not receive any information about credit cards numbers and bank accounts logins.

Do you add any provision to the prices?
NO! We do not use politics of hidden fees.

 

Can I receive a repayment of costs if I annul my reservation?
It depends on the term of the annulment.
To 60 days prior to the date of planned arrival you are loosing 15% of the total sum (an initial payment).
To 30 days before the term you are loosing 15% of the total sum (an initial payment) + guarantee deposit.

Do you recognise ISIC or Euro cards?
Unfortunately we do not accept these cards.

 

Do you offer any discounts?
Certainly! We can offer many types of discounts, even 50%.

 

How can I be sure that your prices are constant?
You can find a lot of positive opinions about high quality of our service. We do not want to lose our customers’ confidence. For this reason you can be sure that after the confirmation of reservation the price does not change.

 

Is the price per day and night or per night only?
The price is per night.

 

Are the prices net or gross? Should I pay any "extra" fees, e.g. for swimming pool?
We always offer gross prices. There is no additional fee. Sometimes you have to pay for the Internet or deckchairs.

 

Should I pay for damages in the apartment during my stay?
When you are reserving an apartment in Bulgaria, you have the same rules as in your country. You pay a guarantee deposit (150 EURO) which is returned to you upon the moment of check-out.

 

Is it better to have cash or credit card? Do restaurants, clubs and shops accept all the credit cards?
We recommend paying or credit cards. Most of the shops and restaurants accept credit cards, and cashpoints are common. It is safer to pay by credit card than to have a big ammount in cash. Besides, you will lose on the exchange: EURO/ Lev.

 

Can I pay in EURO in Bulgaria?
EURO is commonly accepted but the rate of exchange is unprofitable.

 

Can the price raise after drawing up an agreement?
No! Our prices do not change after "the confirmation of reservation".

 

Are car parks paid in the holiday resort where we are going to?
Most of the complexes offer free car places. They are paid in the cities.

RESERVATION

 

Can I change a date of the reservation?
This is possible in the extraordinary situations only. Contact our call centre to solve the problem.

 

How can I be sure that the reserved apartment will be exactly this same as I have chosen?
We put accurate descriptions and photos of the offered apartments on our websites. There is no possibility of difference between apartments in the offer and in reality. We have experience as a reservation agency in Bulgaria, what gives you a guarantee of the highest quality of our service.

 

I came back from holiday and I am disappointed. What is the procedure of complaint?
First, you should contact our resident in Bulgaria who has provided your accommodation. If you do not reach an agreement, you can submit a complain with your personal data (address and phone no.). Within 21 days you receive an answer and a proposition of the compensation by mail.

 

Can I change an apartment at the destination place, if the chosen by me does not fulfill my expectations?
Of course, but only when the offered apartment differs a lot from reality.

 

How do I receive a confirmation of reservation?
You receive confirmation of reservation just after making an initial payment. Not longer than 60 days prior to the date of planned arrival all of customers confirm their reservations by paying a guarantee deposit. After that, you receive Voucher which you should show to our resident in Bulgaria at the moment of check-in to get the keys to the apartment.

 

How much time do I have for making an initial payment?
You can make an initial payment on-line at the moment of reservation.

 

How would I be accommodated?
You should show Voucher to the resident. You receive it after paying a guarantee deposit.

 

Is your offer addressed also to school classes or holiday camps?
Yes! Our offer is addressed mainly to groups of friends or/and families. However we do have an experience in accommodation organising for larger groups. Our consultants will help you to find a satisfactory offer.

 

Can I book more apartments than one?
Certainly!

 

We would like to go with friends. Can we book 2, 3 apartments close to each other?
Of course! Contact our call centre to choose the best option.

CONDITIONS OF STAY

 

What is the time of check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 4 pm to the midnight. Check-out time is 7 -10 am. In extraordinary situations, please, contact our representatives in Bulgaria.

 

Why it is better to choose self-catering holiday instead of all-inclusive?
The idea of summer apartments rental is that the clients organise meals by themselves. For this reason, all the apartments in our offer are equipped with kitchenettes. Most complexes have already resigned from proposing an all-inclusive option because it is an expensive solution.
For example, the daily cost of all-inclusive option for adult in Garden of Eden is 30 EUR. The cost of lunch in the city is about 7-10 EUR. The breakfast purchase cost will be about 1 EUR per person. Using self-catering option, you will save around 15 EUR what is about half of all-inclusive price. In addition, you can enjoy a wide variety of Bulgarian dishes isntead of getting a monotonous offer at the complex.

 

Do you offer all-inclusive options?
In the Garden of Eden complex all-inclusive option is available for 30 EUR adult/day (children under 12 years have 50% discount). The complexes Martinez and Santa Marina offer breakfasts and dinners.

 

Do complexes offer an access to the Internet?
Some of the complexes/ apartments have an access to the Internet. Most of the restaurants offer free access to their Wi-Fi network.

 

Can I take a pet with me?
Some of the complexes allow for a stay with an animal. Contact our call centre to receive a list of these complexes.

 

Are the apartments adapted for the handicapped?
Unfortunately, the Bulgarian building regulations have not predicted any facilities for the handicapped.

 

Do you offer any cots at you apartments?
Certainly! Contact our office to report such a requirement. Cots are available for free.

 

How often apartments are cleaned?
Once in 7 days, if your stay lasts 14 days; once in 5 days, when your stay lasts 10 days.

 

Do the offered complexes rent recreation equipment - bicycles, scooters etc?
These attractions are commonly available on all of the beaches.

 

We would like to take bicycles with us? Can we find bicycle paths in Bulgaria?
Unfortunately, there is no bicycle paths in Bulgaria.

 

Drive to the destination place is on my own. Do you help to choose the best way or find a cheap flight?
Certainly! You can find the details on our website or by our call centre.

 

Is English in common use in Bulgaria or do I have to speak Bulgarian?
English and Russian are very popular in Bulgaria. There is no problem with communication.

 

Do restaurants and shops offer English translations of menu and products?
YES!

SAFETY AND HELP

 

Does the room service have an access to the reserved apartment?
Only in the extraordinary situations, when an intervention of our employee is needed (e.g. sudden failure).

 

Where should I go in the case of robbery or burglary?
Contact immediately our resident in Bulgaira.

 

Can I leave my car safely in the holiday resort where I am going to?
YES, but only on car parks.  Leaving car on "no parking" causes hauling it away to the police parking and a fine equal 50 EURO.

 

Do you offer any help at the place of the stay?
Certainly! Our residents in Bulgaria are at your disposal 24 hours per day.

 

It is common to hear many negative opinions about Bulgaria. Why is it worth to choose Bulgaria for holiday? Is this country safe?
Of course - Bulgaria is beautiful and safe country, what confirms an access to the European Union. This country offers beautiful beaches, clean sea, wonderful luxury complexes, and the most important for the European customers - VERY LOW COSTS OF LIVING.
