The most important information about insurance for clients making the reservation of accommodation in
MILLENNIUM TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o.
According to the General Agreement No. 20062 between the AXA Insurance and Reinsurance Company and the MILLENNIUM TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o., all Clients of MILLENNIUM TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL are insured in AXA TUiR S.A. in the following areas:
AXA TRAVEL INSURANCE - CONTINENTS with assistance:
Cost of treatment - provides cover of expenses arising from, e.g.: medical examinations in cases of emergency, the purchase of medicines and dressing materials, transportation of the insured, hospitalisation, travel companion, returning to the country etc. Insurance does not cover, e.g..: venereal diseases, AIDS, aftereffects of a crime or consumption of alcohol, drugs taking. The sum insured for those traveling to countries around the world is: 25000 EUR.
Cost of rescue of amateur sports people - Sum insured: 5000 EUR.
Chronic Diseases - the clients of MILLENNIUM TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL are not insured against chronic diseases and cancer. For those interested, we recommend purchase of an appriopriate insurance through Millennium Travel.
Consequences of accidents - insurance cover provisions in case of permanent injury or death. The sum of accident insurance for bodily injury for travels to all countries in the world is equal 3000 EUR, and the provision in case of death as a result of an accident is up to 50% of the amount of insurance: 1500 EUR.
Emergency Centre – according to the assistance services, Clients have access to the Emergency Centre, working 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Any incident covered by insurance must be reported to the Emergency Centre immediately in order to obtain assistance. In case of a cash-paid bills without previous contact with the Emergency Centre, the insured is obliged to pay the franchise deductible of 20 EUR (deducted from the bill for treatment).

Important!
In the case when the insured pays for minor medical services, despite reporting a claim to the Emergency Centre, it is important that all of expenses are documented by bills, otherwise the AXA may refuse to pay compensation.
Claim forms describing the documentation that have to be attached to the report of injury can be downloaded from www.axa-polska.pl.
Claims are held by AXA SA TUiR, thus either MILLENNIUM TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL Sp. z o.o., or any other agencies selling the offer of Millennium Travel will not be engaged in any insurance reimbursements and are not resposnible for refusal of compensation payment. The participant is obliged to carefully read the full terms and conditions of insurance.
