If you entrust your property renting and Client service to us, you can use your apartment effectively without wasting your time. Moreover, you still have an access to your apartment. We have an electronic reservation system where all the renting calendars are updated. Thus, you can easily check all the reservations for your apartment. Additionally, we offer an external transaction system which makes our transfer transaction safe.

OWNER/ MANAGER’S ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT:
•    Owners/ Managers can check an availability of their apartments in our calendar,
•    being previously informed about the dates which the Owner/ Manager wants to book, we block them in our system.

RENTING PREPARATION:
•    estimation of quality and location of property,
•    apartments adapting with our standards,
•    equipment listing,
•    preparation of apartments descriptions,
•    pictures preparation,
•    agreement about max. Guests no.
•    additional renting conditions, e.g. animal friendly apartment, smoking access.

PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGES:
•    we take a guarantee deposit in case of possible damages in apartments,
•    we check the apartments after check-out of the Clients.
