Conditions:
Millennium Travel International Co. LTD guarantees the lowest rental price of apartments in the relation to the same offer received from any other competitive agencies, if all the conditions below are fulfilled:
1. The offer from competitive source must be identical to the offer proposed by Millennium Travel - complex, standard and apartment type, number and age of participants, the period of the planned stay.
2. The offer from competitive source must contain the same services - resident care during the travel to a destination place and during th e stay, check-in and check-out service, the same kind of insurance, the same kind of food supplements.
3. The guarantee of the lowest price refers to a competitive offer from another agency made a particular day - availability of offers at the Millennium Travel, benefits, conditions, and the final price must be always confirmed by our consultant via e-mail. Our offer is valid in max. 24 hours after proposing to Customer.
4. The offer proposed under guarantee of the lowest price is related only to apartments/ villas/ rooms available at the Millennium Travel Service upon the particular time.
5. The price difference will be refunded to the Client of Millennium Travel, if the same day the Client finds an identical offer in the other agency (with the same benefits, term, complex, standard and type of apartment, food supplements, the same kind of insurance, an exchange rate).
6. To receive the price difference back, the Client is obliged to send the offer from a competing agancy to the Millennium Trave consultant via e-mail. It should contain an office details, the date of sending the offer and confirm that the service, particular benefits and conditions described above are available in this office on the paticular day at a specified price which is lower than the price paid by the Client on the same day at the Millennium Travel.
7. All issues related to the guarantee of the lowest price offered by Millennium Travel will be considered only during office hours.
8. Millennium Travel reserves the right to make changes to these conditions of guarantee of the lowest price.
