This year resident - Ms. Anita should look for another job or to consider what it is resident really about, certainly it is not about disregarding, because the Millennium Travel loses on it. The biggest attraction of the hotel is the swimming pool - clean and beautiful - perfect for families with children. Bring towels with you - you shouldn't expect that they are going to be changed for clean. You can find a free room at any other hotel.
